Bullmastiffs
would
like to express a huge congratulations to
Kate Darbyshire and "Hilfy"
for their outstanding
working accomplishments in our wonderful breed - the
BULLMASTIFF, which is being highlighted in the ABA ROM Book.
I can not express enough the pride and respect I have for this
pair.  This is their accomplishments: MOTCH Rumblinpawz' Blueberry CGC, RN (sire: BISS Am . Can.
Ch. Mister Worf of Knatchbull, dam: Knatchbull's Khaylar, DOB
April 14, 1997)
Hilfy was the #1 obedience Bullmastiff in
Canada every year from 1990 - 2003: #9 Working Group 1999,
#2 in 2000, #1 in 2001, #5 in 2002, and #2 in 2003.
Leading up to this, Hilfy obtained her CD in May /98, her CDX in
Apr?99, her UD in Aug/00 and her OTCHX & MOTCH by Apr/03.
In summer 2008, at 11 years of age, Hilfy came out of retirement
to try Rally and obtained her RN in three straight trials,
including a Novic B class win with a perfect score of 100!
The MOTCH, or Master Obedience Trial
Champion, is obtained in Canada by a point system based on
scores of 190 or more in Open & 185 or more in Utility, plus at
least one class win. It is not awarded regardless of
points accumulated, until the dog has achieved a UDX (in Canada,
5 double Q's, Open & Utility in the same trial, but not
depending on score or placement).
Above is Hilfy and Kate getting her
RN at the age of 11, by winning the Novice B class with a
perfect score of 100!!! Hilfy passed away on Aug. 1st,
2009 at the age of 12 year 3.5 months, she is missed.
It is with great pride that we
would like to announce that Ch.
Knatchbull's Money Penny C.D. owned & trained by Marsha &Mike
Almond have obtained the first Bullmastiff with an official Fly
Ball and Luring title! Penny in action and
can she jump!

Puppy in Group at the Elora Gorge Kennel Club under judge Lynda
Saranchuk on Tuesday Dec. 28, 2004 Owner/handled to this big win.
